Why Does My Westinghouse Lcd Tv Turn White When I Turn It Off?
This just started happening recently. I turned my TV off last night but instead it turning off and the screen going blank, the screen faded to white. I had to unplug it just to make it turn off.
What’s going on?

Westinghouse use to be a really good brand. Unfourtunetly, they use really cheap parts.
The cheap silicon io’s they use just dont last long
What your seeing is that the computer is not turing off your Cold cothode tube lights. Thoses lights are what make the screen show any picture. One of these days your going to turn on your tv and no picture but only sound. This (99.9%) is the result of burnt out lights.
