A friend of mine gave me a TV and I want to get it fixed. It turned on but then immediately turned off. There is power running through it but now it just wont turn on. We replaced a fuse in it and my husband said it blew the fuse. So, I am going to take it to get fixed I just need to know an estimate of how much it will cost. Any info would help. Thanks!

We have a 32″ LCD tv. (got it 2 short months ago :S ) My husband put our Wii remote ‘through’ it lastnight. The screen isn’t damaged…like you can’t feel a crack, but when it’s on you can definately see the point of impact, and it spiders out a little. (no the tv doesn’t have a warranty on it, only manufacture) Thanks!

When My cable provider came in connected the cable service to my tv they tighten the screw too tight that when i tried taking it off the whole piece broke off from the tv i took it to get it repair but it seems like the person who worked on it didn’t do a right job on the set because the signals looks really bad ( and thats with cable signal) Can i take it somewhere to fix or is even possible to REPLACE the whole tv tuner??? If so, about how much would this job cost?

I have a 32″ Visco LCD TV that has held up pretty well for the last two years, but now it has a loud buzzing sound that seems to come from the speakers and across all inputs. Sometimes it’s okay, but other times it’s louder than the show I’m watching. The diagnostic at this point is a bit pricey – esp if the repair going is going to end up being more expensive than the TV. So I’m wondering if anyone knows what the average cost would be to fix a problem like this.

Don’t know about plasmas right off, but I have a Mitsubishi 61″ LCD TV that uses 225w, of which over half is just the lamp alone. Running it 6 hours a day, it costs me about $5 a month. That’s about $60 a year. Here’s the problem; I have to replace the lamp about once a year and that’s another $160.
Plasmas don’t use lamps, so the power consumption will be lower, and you don’t have to replace anything each year.

What Is The Most Cost Effective Way To Hook A 360 To A Pc Monitor?

I have a xbox 360 pro, and a flat panel lcd monitor.
I have seen online where several people have hooked them together. I know the picture wont be in HD, but it will be better than my tube television.
Xbox makes a cable for this, but it’s $39.99 yuck.
The monitor has a VGA and DVI inputs on it.
What is the most cost effective way to hook these two together. NOTE: I do have a surround sound system with rca inputs to hook the sound through.
Also I need to know a store to walk into a purchase any cables I need. Walmart had no xbox cables at all. Gamestop had the 40 dollar cable. I went to radioshack and the idiots working there were clueless as to what I was talking about.
Any help would be appreciated!
